We had a fun time on The Mast Radio Hour this week.

We started off the show with a story about Media Bias. Co-anchors Samantha Lund and Paris Franklin talked about what it Media Bias is, where it comes from, and ways to identify it. We also covered a story about Nathan Olson, a student with autism who has overcome many challenges to pursue a college degree.

Then guest anchor David Leon joined the conversation during our story on Halloween weekend, from appropriate costumes to increased Pierce County Sheriffs patrolling the campus. We also talked about the upcoming Night of Music Theater, with performances running this Thursday, Oct 29 through Saturday, Oct 31 at the Karen Hille Philips Center for Performing Arts.

Towards the end of the show, we also talked about how Harvard’s debate team lost against a Prison debate team, showing that no matter where you are in society, or what your circumstances are, you can work together to make something great happen.

We hope that you will join us each Tuesday at 9 pm for The Mast Radio Hour on LASR.

Thanks for listening!
