On part one of Mast Radio: Sports Talk, Christian Bond and Kellen talk PLU baseball, Steph Curry and interview duel sport athlete Kaelyn Voss

PLU Baseball was picked to defend their Northwest Conference Championship once again in 2016. The team had a rough start, but remained patient and has bounced back to form. PLU opened conference play with a 3-game series against Linfield last weekend. PLU lost game one, but turned around and won games two and three.

Kellen Westering wrote an article for the mast explaining how Steph Curry has changed the NBA. The guys talk about the impact Curry has had on basketball.

Kaelyn Voss joined Christian and Kellen for an interview. Voss opens up about being a two sport collegiate athlete and gives insight about how PLU Women’s Basketball is working towards making the entire program better.

In part 2 of Mast Radio: Sports Talk, Kaelyn Voss comments on what it is like to transition from one sport to another at the college level. Voss also gives insight on what to expect from the PLU Softball in the 2016 season.

The boys from PLU Men’s Basketball call in from Applebee’s in Spokane, Washington to tell us about their huge Northwest Conference Tournament win over Whitman College.

Christian and Kellen dive into the drama surrounding Collin Kaepernick and the rest of the San Francisco 49ers. Also a story was released from the Seattle Times stating that the New York Yankees are advising their players to act like Russell Wilson in regards to the media.
