The deadline to cancel an advertisement is 5 p.m. three days prior to the publication date. This is only valid if there is not already a contracted reservation with the client of 5 or more advertisements scheduled. The Mooring Mast reserves the right to charge the client if they fail to cancel their reservation(s) by the deadline.
Invoices are processed at the end of each month. Payments can only be made by account number, check, or cash. Payment must be received within 30 days of receipt of invoice. A check made payable to “The Mooring Mast” would be the preferred method of payment.
Artwork must be received by 5 p.m. three days prior to the publication date, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Advertising Manager.
Request for creating an advertisement must be made four days prior to the publication date, unless other arrangements have been made with the Advertising Manger. Ads created must be approved in writing by the client before they will run.
Artwork must be received in one of the following formats: JPEG, PDF or TIFF. Artwork not in appropriate format may be returned to client for correction.
The Mooring Mast must receive advertisement reservations by 5 p.m. three days prior to the publication date, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Advertising Manager.
Any advertisement is subject to acceptance by The Mooring Mast, which reserves the right to reject any advertisement at its sole discretion. The Mooring Mast will not knowingly publish any advertisements that are discriminatory.
I understand that if The Mooring Mast does not receive payment when due, my account may be turned over to one of Pacific Lutheran University’s collection agencies. I further understand and agree that if my account is turned over to an outside agency; that I am responsible for all additional interest, reasonable legal fees, collection costs, and expenses incurred in collecting or enforcing of this contract.
This contract shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
