3/20 Hauge Medical Aid

Location: Hauge Administration Building
Description: Campus Safety responded to assist a student who had passed out while in class. The student was conscious after about five seconds. They reported being sick with the flu and had not eaten very much during the course of the day. They were escorted to the Health Center.
3/21 Yakima Ave. Vehicle Prowl

Description: During routine patrol, Campus Safety officers observed a person trying car door handles along the golf fence line. Officers contacted and identified the subject. He was homeless and said he was looking for a lighter. He was escorted away from PLU property and advised not to return.
3/21 Payroll Intrusion Alarm

Description: Campus Safety responded to an intrusion alarm at the Payroll House. The house was checked and no cause for the alarm was found.
3/21 O.M.M. Shoplifting

Location: Old Main Market at the Anderson University Center
Description: Campus Safety officers responded to the Anderson University Center for a report of a middle school aged female who had stolen candy from the Old Main Market. Officers arrived and contacted a Keithley Middle School Student. Campus Safety officers and Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies spoke with the student, who stated she did have candy in her hand, but that she put it back before leaving the store. Based on this behavior and previous encounters with Old Main Market staff she was issued a Restricted From Campus order. She was then escorted off campus.
3/24 127th St. Threat

Location: 127th St at South Residence Hall
Description: A student reported to Campus Safety that he had discovered a threatening note that was left on his vehicle while parked on 127th Street across from the south side of South Residence Hall. The note was demanding property back. The student was unaware of any potential reason for the note, or who might have left it. Campus Safety officers reviewed surveillance camera video footage with negative results.
4/1 Pflueger Medical Aid

Location: Pflueger Residence Hall
Description: Campus Safety officers responded to assist a Resident Assistant with a student who was found unresponsive in her room while intoxicated. Campus Safety officers contacted Central Pierce Fire & Rescue after learning that the student was also using several types of medication. Emergency Medical Technicians responded and determined that transport to the hospital was not necessary.
4/2 Morken Lot Vehicle Prowl

Location: Morken Parking Lot
Description: Two non-PLU event organizers contacted Campus Safety to report a vehicle prowl. The padlock to their trailer had been broken and the door left open while it was parked in the Morken lot. Nothing was stolen from the trailer. They had no suspect information to offer. Campus Safety officers provided them with information regarding filing a police report.
4/3 Kreidler Medical Aid

Time: 2:15 AM
Location: Kreidler Residence Hall
Description: Campus Safety officers responded to assist a student who had called Campus Safety stating she was having an allergic reaction to her medication. Officers offered additional medical services but the student advised that the symptoms had lessened and declined any further service.
