Pacific Lutheran University and Mast TV hosts its next episode of its popular live comedy show Late Knight on Friday, Feb. 18. The show, described as the Valentine’s episode, will take place in The Cave at 8 p.m.

Matthew Tolar will host Late Knight for the final time with this episode. Matthæus Andersen, Marla Kelly and RJ Uhl will take over as hosts for the remainder of the season, and Tolar will continue as the show’s director.

Tolar is excited for the upcoming episode, which will be centered around themes of romance.

“This week’s episode is filled to the brim with relevant and fun content around the subject of love and relationships,” he said. “Honestly, Friday’s show will contain some of the best relationship advice that our campus community will hear in a long time.”

Late Knight is an entirely student-run production, which Tolar wanted to stress.

“Everything you see has been written, filmed, produced, edited, costumed and acted by your peers,” he said, adding that “there isn’t any other experience like this on campus.”

The Valentine’s Day episode of Late Knight will be free to attend in The Cave, located two floors below the Commons, at 8 p.m.
